Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate Cactus’ brand presence, communications, and content engine. This role is all about telling compelling stories, amplifying our work, and ensuring our voice is consistent across channels. You’ll own the strategy and execution for marketing, from digital to thought leadership to sales collateral.

• Develop and manage Cactus’ marketing calendar (campaigns, blog, social, newsletters).
• Create and refine sales and marketing collateral, ensuring messaging is clear, strategic, and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.), increasing visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape thought leadership pieces, case studies, and external communications.
• Lead PR efforts, award submissions, and media outreach (e.g., Fast Company, HLTH, SXSW).
• Track performance of marketing campaigns, social content, and thought leadership efforts, reporting back on impact and learnings. Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing is a plus.
• Coordinate with designers and strategists to translate complex projects into clear, visually compelling narratives.

• You walk in the client’s shoes. Whether it’s the client or the end user, you build products to meet all user needs.

• 3–6 years experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy (agency or consulting background preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to craft messaging for different audiences.
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing channels.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with design, architecture, or healthcare innovation is a plus.

$100,000 to $120,000

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with additional benefits, bonuses, and incentives. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experiences, skills, and fit for the role.
