Description
- We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team to support and guide the development of new products and services across the health and wellness space. - Our Product Manager will collaborate with other cross-functional Cactus and client teams that span across design, engineering, strategy, and marketing to drive measurable outcomes for Cactus and our partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision
- Drive the product roadmap and pursue alignment across client partners and business stakeholders and contributors. Write clear and concise product definitions that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of our projects. Use data-driven insights to drive their research agenda or product prioritization.
- Work with many teams at Cactus to communicate the product's vision and story to ensure we launch products in the most compelling ways.
- Champion evidence-based strategies to grow adoption and engagement. Constantly obsess about the “say/do” dilemma.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital-physical space integration domain, continuously refining and enhancing our execution capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of digital-physical space integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with the defined vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, strategists, product team, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of digital-physical solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for project execution and delivery.
- Effectively communicate, educate, and translate behavioral insights for the engineering and design team. Foster a shared language, focused on details.
- Promote a team culture that is unforgivingly meticulous about data integrity, test methodology and tracking actions the user takes in the product. Seek proof that a feature/change will produce the intended results.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to product leadership and executive teams

Qualities
- Experience working in interdisciplinary environments that span physical spaces, architecture, or immersive digital installations
- Prior experience launching products in startup or early-stage environments with high ambiguity
- Comfort navigating the intersection of product, brand, and creative storytelling to shape holistic experiences
Qualifications
- 4 years experience as a Product Manager, seeing projects from inception to completion
- Conviction to do the right thing for users and clients, with humility to listen and learn
- Curiosity to know the competitive set and anticipate evolving consumer trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver winning presentations
- Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to change and to thrive in a dynamic, discourse-driven environment
- Experience with analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling
- Passion for building usable, delightful consumer products that innovate rather than imitate
Compensation & Equal Opportunity
- We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 annually, with additional benefits, bonuses, and incentives. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experiences, skills, and fit for the role.
