A shape-shifting, highly-adaptive office space designed to grow and change with its occupants.
How could we create an optimal work environment with lots of shared collaboration space for a new type of Venture Capital office focused on incubating new ideas and growing teams?
Cactus reimagined the office as a blank canvas—tearing down walls to maximize natural light, introducing modular layouts that flex with team needs, and adding wellness-focused features like a gym, expanded kitchen, and standing-only conference rooms. The result is a space that balances openness, health, and adaptability for ambitious, early-stage teams.
A custom-built 100-foot living wall serves as a biophilic centerpiece, bringing natural beauty while doubling as storage, privacy, and a divider that gives each portfolio company its own sense of place.
